I cannot sing Lori's praises loud enough! She went above and beyond in helping my fiancé and I secure our first home, and was there to assist with EVERY need that we had. She made us feel like we were family which was very refreshing to us. She's honest, dependable, and is the best advocator for those that she works with. We ran into some issues towards the end of the purchasing process and without Lori, I don't think we would be in our home today. I highly recommend working with her! She's the best!

Moving to a new state/home can be a very stressful situation on top of transferring jobs, but from my first phone call with Lori she eased my mind. After coming to Roanoke and meeting Lori in person and hearing the knowledge she had of the area and different aspects about home buying, I felt so comfortable and would 100% recommend her to anyone buying a home. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, fought for us on a couple of issues and was in constant contact keeping us updated as to where we were in the process. It was a little bit of a different situation, as we weren't in town to be here for the inspections and normal home buying requirements, but Lori handled everything for us. I can't thank her enough for making our transition here to Virginia as smooth as possible and always with a sense of humor and upbeat attitude. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Lori & her staff. THANK YOU for your expertise!

We can’t say enough good things about Lori. You really want her on your side. We had some issues with the house we purchased and Lori went over and above to make it right, and she held the sellers agent accountable for their mistake. When you are making a life changing purchase you need someone on your side looking out for you. Lori is that person. Plus she keeps it real and tells it like it is. Right is right with her. And she has a great sense of humor!

Lori went above and beyond her duties to help me with my home search and purchase. She responds to all communication quickly and makes sure you have all of the information you need. She even made herself available to help meet with inspectors and contractors for me while I was out of state. I would not want to go through the home buying process with anyone else! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
